Eligibility to Vote

Each individual is eligible to vote once per day during the voting period, using a valid email address or any other form of authentication specified on the voting platform.

Voting Platform

Voting for the Celestia Awards 2024 will be conducted exclusively online through the official
Celestia Awards website: https://celestiaawards.com/vote. The voting period will begin on
October 6, 2024, and will close on October 31, 2024.

Voting Categories

A maximum of five (5) nominees will be presented in each category, as determined by the Celestia Awards Vetting Committee.
Voters may cast their votes in all available categories or choose to vote only in specific categories based on their preference.

Voting Process

To vote, users must visit the official Celestia Awards website and access the voting page.
Each voter will be required to register on the platform using their email address or other identification methods as determined by the Organizing Committee.
Voters can submit one (1) vote per category per day throughout the voting period.
All votes will be automatically logged and recorded by the platform’s system, ensuring a

Monitoring and Security

The Organizing Committee will implement security measures to prevent fraudulent voting activities, including but not limited to automated voting bots and duplicate voting using the same email or identification.
Any voter or nominee found attempting to manipulate or interfere with the voting process, including vote buying, use of automated voting mechanisms, or any other fraudulent activity, will be subject to investigation. Nominees linked to such activities may face disqualification from the Celestia Awards 2024.

Transparency and Fairness

The Celestia Awards Organizing Committee will ensure that the voting process is conducted transparently, with oversight provided by independent auditors and technical partners who will monitor the voting platform for accuracy and fairness.
To maintain fairness, no nominee, nominee representative, or affiliate will be allowed access to voting data before the official announcement of winners.

Conflict of Interest
 Members of the Vetting Committee and the Organizing Committee are prohibited from engaging

made by the Vetting Committee are final.

Announcement of Winners

The winners in each category will be announced during the Celestia Awards Ceremony onDecember 14, 2024, at Harvest Intercontinental Church. All results will remain confidential until the official announcement.
The nominee with the highest number of valid votes in each category will be declared the winner.
In the event of a tie, a re-vote or other method, as determined by the Organizing Committee, will be conducted to break the tie.

Disqualification

Any nominee found in violation of the Celestia Awards 2024 Voting Policy will be subject to immediate disqualification from the awards.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any voter or nominee attempting to manipulate the voting process
